Welcome!

Hi, I’m the founder, owner, and primary instructor at Goodfit. As you may have imagined, I love to exercise! I have also always been drawn to teaching in some way. Eventually I discovered that my true passion in life is to merge exercise with my personal instruction style to help others realize their full fitness potential.

With nearly two decades of experience, I am committed to creating and teaching the best classes in the business. My goal is to provide a positive, upbeat, and FUN atmosphere, while also challenging you. I love to remind my clients that they never know how much they are capable of unless they try! I’m also proud to be one of the only instructors in the Greensburg/Latrobe area to offer formats like Barre and TRX.
